Day 01 DENPASAR/BALI - BANYUWANGI /IJEN CRATER AREA - EAST JAVA (L,D)
Pick you up from your Hotel in Bali then drive for about 3-4hours to west coast of Bali to across Bali strait by ferry for 45 minutes. Arrive in small town of Banyuwangi then proceed to Ijen Crater accommodation perched at the edge of the rain forest in the foothills of the volcanoes. Stay overnight in Banyuwangi or Mount Ijen area
Day 02 IJEN CRATER TOURS – SUKAMADE TURTLE BEACH (B, L, D)
Early wake-up call. After breakfast at the hotel drive to the village of Licin and then drive to the slope of Mount Ijen, passing through plantations and rainforest. This is one of the few left in the island of Java with giant ferns and big trees. Pause at the Park Rangers post before hiking further up to the slope of the crater. About one hour and a half to two hours is needed to ascend the rim of the crater along a shady track with amazing views. Take a rest on the edge of the crater at 2883 meter altitude. The sulfuric lake reflects eerie color over the surrounding walls to give an apocalypse like impression. Men seeking sulfur descend into the crater and climb back up along the dangerous rim with loads of up to 80 kilos on their shoulder. The crater observation will take at leisure. After enjoyed pure panorama in Ijen Plateau, We will travel down to Banyuwangi town and continue to drive to Sukamade Turtle Beach, We will stop in Pesanggaran village to change vehicle to be off road vehicle to cross rivers, rain forest, beach and traditional village before reach Sukamade Turtle beach. It's place to protect Green Turtles. Sukamade Beach is a wild 3 kilometers sand strip on the Indian Ocean where 5 species of turtles come ashore to lay their eggs. Stay at the lodge nearby and return to the beach at night for turtle spotting. Conditions here are very basic, but more often than not visitors are lucky enough to come back with an experience that is both unique and bound to become exceedingly rare. Stay overnight and take dinner at the LODGE or Guest House in Sukamade
Day 03 SUKAMADE TURTLE BEACH TREKKING - MOUNT BROMO HOTEL (B, L, D)
After breakfast in Sukamade turtle beach area then spend the morning for exploring the surroundings of Sukamade. This is an area virtually void of people. Go and take a dip in crystal clear waters of the nearby river. Afterward leave in the early afternoon to Mount Bromo and stay over night at Lava View Lodge or Cemara Indah Bromo or similar hotel where over looking to Mount Bromo slopes. Lunch & Dinner will be served at Local restaurant
Day 04 MOUNT BROMO TOURS – AGGRO TOURISM TRIP IN MALANG (B, L, D)
Wake-up call at early morning, then Leaving the hotel for Mount Bromo to see sunrise by crossing the caldera to get to the feet of Mount Bromo and then by horse or simply by walk climbing up track. The spectacular chain volcanoes (Bromo, Batok, and Semeru) are unveiling itself in a magnificent view. After the observation, we will drive back to the hotel for breakfast and then departure to Malang regency for visiting aggro-tourism of Apple & Strawberry plantations then escort you to the hotel in Surabaya area for stay overnight
Day 05 SURABAYA TO PANGKALAN BUN AIRPORT - BORNEO RIVER TRIP (B, L, D)
After breakfast at your Hotel, we will escort you to Surabaya Juanda airport to catch flight to to Pangkalan Bun. Upon arrival in Pangkalan Bun airport, you will be picked up by our staff and take you to Kumai harbour by car for 20minutes and then proceed to National Park Tanjung Puting area by Boat for 2 hours. The boat is wooden river boat for tourist specialist. It’s 12m by 2,5m with a roof and called by Klotok, which forms the upper deck, you can view the natural rainforest. We will slowly explore the quite river by Klotok to observe wild animals and natural environment along the river sides. There are Proboscis Monkeys, macaques, any kind of birds and other wild animals will greet you in the middle of Borneo rain forest. On the boat there is cabin with mattress, pillow, meals, bottled mineral water, mosquito net, kitchen and toilet. You can choose to take dinner and stay over night on Boat or at Rimba Lodge
Day 06 CAMP LEAKEY–WILDLIFE OBSERVATION IN TANJUNG PUTING (B, L, D)
After breakfast, we will travel up the river for morning river safari tours for 2 hours boating to Camp Leaky where the older orangutans are reintroduced into the rain forest. Mind refreshing and learn more about river ecology, visit orang-utan education center and see feeding time in Camp Leaky at 14:00 afterward back to observe proboscis monkeys on the tress along river sides. Take dinner and overnight at Lodge or on Boat.
Day 07 PONDOK TANGGUY – NIGHT FIREFLIES TOURS BY BOAT (B, L, D)
After breakfast, we will travel up the river to enjoy morning breeze and view natural rainforest then join in morning orang-utan feeding centre in Pondok tanggui at 09:00, trekking on loop trail. On The way back we will stop in Pesalat reforest station to learn and support the peoples do reforest activities then visit Traditional Village of Tanjung Harapan and join in other feeding time in Tanjung Harapan Center at 15:00. Back to take dinner and stay over night at Lodge or on Boat. (If good weather you can enjoy Fireflies tours and take dinner on Boat).
Day 08 NATIONAL PARK – KUMAI PORT – PANGKALAN BUN AIRPORT (B)
After breakfast, we will travel down the river by boat to escort you to Kumai port then proceed to Pangkalan Bun airport by car to catch your flight for next destination
